Expectations are high for our trainees.
Candidates are vetted, attend a group Info Session, engage 1 on 1 interview and attends our Pre-Apprenticeship Training (Initial Construction Training) program.
In total candidate have 160 contact hours with our team before being referred to Employment Partners.
Once onsite they go through a 1 month (160 hour) probation period.
All trainees are required to be in class + work and are focused on long term, permanent employment and a career (not a short term job) in Construction.
A well trained work force can save hundreds of thousands of dollars, thousands of hours and countless lives.
